Design Process

Whether you contact us via phone, email or we meet in line at the grocery store,
our initial meeting gives us an idea of who you are and what services you are
interested in. Provide any info, content or inspiration that you have so that we
can discuss the goal and look of your project. We will also discuss budget, contacts,
timeline and deposits for your project.

Deposit must be paid before any work can begin.

From the moment we first speak my wheels are turning with ideas. I research your
competitors and trends in your field and how to set you apart from the rest. I take
the time to learn about your business and products. At this point I compile
a working mood board and inspiration.

Initial design concepts reach the final elimination process.
These concepts are based on feedback from you, the client throughout the process
and thorough research into your competitors, your specific needs and “brand”
At this point another payment installment can be made based on our agreement.

Up to 2 initial design concepts are presented to you for your feedback, approval
and edits. Final edits are made and client signs off on design.
At this point another payment installment can be made based on our agreement.

Final delivery of digital files and print materials is made.
Delivery is made only after final payment has been received.

Any edits or additional work after final delivery or client approval will be billed at my standard rate of $30/Hour.
